Miguel Ángel Rodríguez
Doctor of Economics from the University of Berkeley, California. He was a university professor at the University of Costa Rica, the Autonomous University of Central America, and George Washington University (USA). In public service, he has been Minister of Planning and Director of the Central Bank of Costa Rica. In politics, he has been a national deputy, president of the Legislative Assembly, president of the Christian Democratic Organization of America, president of Costa Rica, and secretary general of the Organization of American States (OAS).
