Senior Advisor, Director of the International Chair in Social Doctrine of the Church, Director of the Science for the Family Program, Director of the Canon Law Chair, and Head of Academic Programs at the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, Chile. Associate Researcher at the Family International Monitor. International consultant, author, and speaker in Ethics, Bioethics, Social Doctrine of the Church, and Canon Law. He is a catechist of the Neocatechumenal Way. President of the International Academic Council of the Academy of Catholic Leaders. He is a member, along with his wife, of the National Commission for Family Ministry.
