Johannes Hügel
Head of the Ecuador Office for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation since 2023. He has worked in Germany and Latin America on projects related to energy security, climate change, and development. He was the scientific coordinator of the Multinational Development Dialogues in Brussels and a specialist in energy, climate, and environmental issues.
