Flavia Palavecino
Doctor of Disability from Favaloro University, with a master’s degree in Public Policy and a specialization in Social Studies of Disability from UCA. She holds diplomas in Law and Disability (UBA), Person-Centered Planning, and Mental Health. A social worker graduated from UNLU, she is an Argentine reference in the rights of people with disabilities. She was National Director of Policies and Regulation of Services at the National Disability Agency. She is a professor, researcher, and member of the Latin American Network of Community-Based Rehabilitation and Inclusive Development.
