Enrique Segura
Holds a degree in Accounting from the National University of Cuyo in Argentina. MBA and PhD from the Autonomous University of Madrid in Spain. Graduate of the OPM (Owner/President Management Program) program from Harvard University. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Catholic University of America. He is president and CEO of organizations specializing in auditing oil companies, intelligent immigration security systems, advising governments on renegotiating external debt, and providing acquisition services to governments. He has served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Uganda in Argentina, envoy of the President to the government of Gabon, member of the board of directors of Catholic Charities of Washington, and Trust for the Americas of the OAS. He is currently a Goodwill Ambassador of the Republic of The Gambia and Chairman of the Board of the Smithsonian Institution of the United States (National Museum of American History).
