Daniel Ortega Pacheco
Agricultural Science Engineer from EARTH University, Costa Rica, PhD in Public Policy and Administration from The Ohio State University, and Master’s in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University. He served as Minister of the Environment and Undersecretary General of Political Management in Ecuador. He currently directs the Center for Public Policy Development at the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral and coordinates the Sustainable Finance Initiative.
